Order Policy

  1. How long does it take to process my order? Orders received before 4:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders received after 4:00 pm are processed the next business day.
  2. Where's my invoice? Invoices are emailed to the email address used to place the order.
  3. Can I change or cancel my order? It is no problem to change or cancel your order before shipment. Just call us at 844-4FALLPRO (844-432-5577). If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges.
  4. How do you handle back orders? If anything you ordered is not in stock we will send you an email letting you know the estimated shipping date.
  5. Do you charge sales tax? We charge sales tax on all shipments to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and the District of Columbia.
  6. When I checked out I got an error message. What do I do? Most of our error messages are self-explanatory. If you have any questions, you should call 844-4FALLPRO (844-432-5577).
  7. Do you offer wholesale prices to resellers? On some products. Call us and ask for a quote.
  8. Do you offer discounts for large orders? Yes! Call us and ask for a quote.

Shipping Policy

  1. What are your shipping rates? Our shipping rates vary based on the product. You will see the shipping charges on your account prior to shipment.
  2. How will my order be shipped? Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. Large or unusual orders may be shipped by LTL or other methods. Call us for a quote if you need expedited shipping.
  3. How do my items come packaged? Your items will arrive in the manufacturer’s packaging.
  4. Can I get rushed delivery? No Problem! Give us a call at 844-4FALLPRO (844-432-5577).
  5. About how long will it take for my order to arrive? Most items arrive within three to four business days.
  6. Do you provide tracking numbers? Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the product has shipped.
  7. What can I do about shipping delays? For backordered items you will receive an email with the estimated shipping
  8. Will you ship orders internationally? Currently we ship only to the US and Canada
